It’s the New Year, and with the start of January comes New Year’s resolutions. One survey found that nearly 60% of individuals make New Year’s resolutions each year, but only 8% of people reach their goal. We’re here to help give you a little jump start.

The most common resolutions include exercising more, losing weight, and improving general health. That’s why here at GR8NESS, we did some of the work for you and created the 21-day challenge to a healthier you.

A Plan for Every Goal

Whether you’re looking to jumpstart your weight loss, become more in-tune with your emotional health by beginning a meditation routine and banishing negative thoughts, or improve your sleep habits, we’re challenging you to try a new healthy habit every day for three weeks.

You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel after just 21 days.

There are many aspects of health. Exercising and eating well are two of them, but there’s also emotional and mental health, social health, and financial health. When you neglect one, the others start to deteriorate as well.
