Throughout the challenge, you’ll receive new recipes, workout ideas, weight loss tips, motivational messages, and even workout playlists to make sure you reach your goals.
For the length of this program, you should try to:
- Exercise for at least 30-minutes, 6 days per week
- Drink green tea first thing in the morning
- Have a mid-morning & mid-afternoon snack every day
- Eliminate processed foods, sugar, and artificial sweeteners
- Limit animal protein (no more than 2 times per week)
- Limit dairy consumption (no more than 2 times per week)
