Oopsie Rolls

These rolls were first made by mistake, hence the name oopsie rolls. They are a keto bread that is gluten-free because they are not made with flour. Softer and spongier than a true bread, oopsies are great with savory dishes such as soups, stews, burgers, and sandwiches. They're also great with sweet fillings such as berries, chocolate, and a dollop of whipped cream.

Tip: If you can't find cream of tartar, try fresh lemon juice or white vinegar. For every one teaspoon of cream of tartar, use 2 teaspoons of the white vinegar or lemon juice.
