Many people currently find themselves facing the unknown, myself included. With questions surrounding the economy, new work settings, childcare, and general anxiety about the future, it’s easy to let your mind run away with itself. I can see the difference in myself. Working from home, I know that I need tips for how to master self-discipline and remain productive.

Additionally, many people find themselves spending more time alone, wondering what to do or going stir crazy. It’s essential to keep our minds active and healthy throughout stressful times. To keep challenging ourselves- not only to avoid boredom and anxiety but to encourage self-development for every aspect of our lives.

These five podcasts will help you maintain a healthy mind, posing questions, sharing stories from real people, and providing actionable tips for everyday life.
