The air-fryer craze has swept the nation, and there is now a plethora of recipes you can make in this handy appliance. And it’s no wonder what’s not to love about something that can make cooking faster, easier, and in many cases, healthier.

I’ll admit, it took me a while to get on board the air-fryer craze. Mainly because, as with trends, it sometimes takes a while for vegan recipes to catch up. But once I got started, I found myself reaching for my air fryer more often than I thought I would. I might even call it my best friend in the kitchen.
