Could you have ADHD or ADD? If you’re concerned about symptoms you think could be ADD or ADHD, our quiz can help you determine whether you may or may not have symptoms that warrant further diagnosis by a doctor.

Research suggests symptoms of Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD or ADHD) persist well into adulthood, potentially having a significant impact on the careers, relationships, and even personal safety of those struggling with it.

Unfortunately, ADD or ADHD is a disorder often misunderstood, and most people who have it, retract from seeking appropriate treatment and, as a result, may never reach their full potential. Not to mention, part of the problem also lies in the fact that ADHD can be difficult to diagnose in adults.

In an effort to help more people find a proper diagnosis, this 5 minute ADD or ADHD quiz for adults was developed using a symptom checklist. The World Health Organization (WHO), and the Workgroup on Adult ADHD, in conjunction with a team of psychiatrists and researchers, developed the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale to address the manifestations of ADHD in adults.

At GR8NESS, our mission is never to provide you with advice on what to do or not to do. Our core values rely on sharing transparent, non-biased information about the subjects that matter to you the most.

Don’t use the following quiz as a tool for self-diagnosis. Rather, we intend for you to question your symptoms, or lack thereof, and seek help from a medical professional if you believe you need it.

The following checklist takes about 5 minutes to complete. While the quiz is not intended to fully diagnose ADD or ADHD in adults, it’s critical to supplement the diagnostic process. It’s intended to shed light on the symptoms and the importance of seeking medical treatment.
