The holidays are upon us, which means it’s time for joy and giving thanks. Gift giving, cookie baking, and festive decorating are abounding. It’s a happy time of celebration. But for many, the holidays are also a time filled with stress. This year, with the pandemic affecting travel plans and get togethers people may be feeling it more than usual.

However, just because the holidays are different this year due to COVID-19 doesn’t mean that they have to be bad. Instead, you can turn the 2020 Holiday Season into one to remember. You just have to use a little positive self-talk and determination.
