We can all use a little more balance in our lives, and meditation is an effective way to center yourself and promote wellbeing. That is, if you can do it.

Meditation is daunting to some, while others swear by it. If you’ve tried meditation and not had any luck, you may not be doing the type of meditation that suits your personality.

That’s right; there is more than one type of meditation, and not every type suits everybody (or mind). Just like finding the right kind of exercise, whether it be yoga, barre class, spinning, running, or rowing, when you find the right type of meditations, suddenly the proposition seems easier and more attractive.
