Considering how much fitness is physical, it’s interesting how much of forming a fitness routine consists of education. While physical fitness relates to outward appearances, the journey there, at least partially —happens internally.

Here at GR8NESS, we understand that fitness is a personal experience and choice. Everyone is in their own way, equipped with their own unique experience. The genes we have, our age, and our routines are all contributing factors. Yet, there is so much more to finding and refining personal, physical fitness.

Wherever you are on your fitness journey, we all share something in common. There is always more to know and more progress to be made. The world of fitness is ever-expanding.

That said, throwing the idea of “perfection” out the door is what we might consider a GR8 idea. Replace the idea of perfection with being the GR8EST version of yourself that you can be. Whatever that means to you right now.

Half the battle of maintaining physical fitness is a will to learn and grow, both physically and mentally. Your arrival here is already an indication of your will. Welcome, here’s what we can offer you in your journey to defining what fitness really means you.

Motivation

If you’ve ever felt like your personal motivation to get fit has played hard to get, you’ve come to the right place. We are under no pretense that motivation is an endless sparkling well that you may draw upon at your leisure. While motivation can strike on its own at random, the truth is, establishing a lasting motivation is hard work. That is why we have integrated its very own corner into the fitness space.

Motivation cannot be sold or bought, and that’s partly the beauty of it. It’s as different from person to person as the people themselves. What fuels your motivation exists within you. We’re here to help you discover what that might be. You might even come across a challenge or two, are you up for it?

Speaking of motivations for fitness, weight loss is often a common one. Losing weight can be beneficial for mental and physical health. We understand that taking on the prospect of weight loss is not easy. There’s so much information to know, and applying it is a whole other game.
