Life brings us many journeys to embark on, and with them, challenges. Some of which we’re more than happy to take on, prepared, and ready. In other circumstances, we’re faced with a sudden road in front of us, lacking a sense of direction.

When the desire to lose weight sets in, this is typically the case. We’ve been busy living our lives, as we should. For whatever reason, we’ve concluded that we’d like to cleanse our bodies, reset, and maybe even shed a few pounds.

Weight loss is usually not something we plan for, and the path is anything but linear. That is why your friends at GR8NESS believe you deserve to have the necessary tools to make informed decisions about your body.

Our bodies are sensitive. Losing weight is not and should never feel like a punishment. We believe that the choice to lose weight can and should come from a place of self-love.

Understand the Science

Losing weight is a different experience for each person. The various components that make up a person’s body composition are more than physical. Physical factors include genetics, age, gender, and activity levels. However, connecting with your body to make changes begins entirely in mind.
