We’re talking about the state of your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing concerning sexuality. As with your overall health, it isn’t about the absence of disease. It requires a positive and respectful approach that talks about having healthy relationships, feeling secure in your sexuality, and having safe sexual experiences.

Women’s Sexual Health

For women, it is more openly discussed. Whether you’re trying to prevent pregnancy or trying to become pregnant, maybe you’re looking to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, or you worry about low sex drive, painful intercourse, or other problems related to women’s health, staying informed is paramount. Learn how to navigate the subject with your partners and your doctor. Having a transparent and open conversation around the topic will help you maintain a healthy sex life.

As women get older, their bodies go through many changes, especially when it comes to their sexual health.
