Dads don’t experience pregnancy in the same way women do, obvs, but they do share the journey. Chances are, you’re not just sharing the extra snacks, but some of the other symptoms as well. Including the 10,00 questions.

The Dad-to-Be Journey
First, there’s the joy of expecting your child. Then, worrying about the baby’s health, the mom’s health, how being a parent will change your life, and all the other ways dads to be are affected by pregnancy. And in extreme cases, dads-to-be develop Couvade Syndrome, where they suffer from weight gain, morning sickness, migraines, and even a swollen stomach.
In spite of everything we learn in biology about reproduction, pregnancy is still one of life’s greatest mysteries. We may understand the biological processes we’ve been taught. However, the emotional knowledge that your partner is growing a baby inside her can still blow your mind.
All Questions Are Valid Questions
Whether you are a first-time dad or not, you have concerns and feelings to deal with. And you may feel guilty about feeling some of them. A lot will happen from now until the birth that you may not be prepared for. There’s no way to anticipate all possible scenarios. That doesn’t mean you have to be entirely in the dark.

Having questions at this stage in your life is normal. There are many questions men have about pregnancy but are often too shy or embarrassed to ask.
If you have questions and concerns but are afraid to ask about them, we’re here to help. Send us your questions, and we’ll do our best to answer them.
