As with skincare, your hair care is uniquely yours. What works for me will probably not work for you, because guess what, our hair is different even when it looks similar. However, there are some hair care tips that every hair type can follow.
- Choose products for your specific hair type.
- Wash your hair less often.
- Detangle your hair with patience.
- Reduce your use of heating tools.
- Protect your hair.
- Use a deep conditioner regularly.
- Trim your hair regularly.
Then, of course, you can get more specific based on your hair care needs. Also, your hair care needs will change over time, as you change styles, and as you change colors.
