As many as 32 million Americans have at least one food allergy, some of which can be fatal. Eating in a way that respects your food allergies is crucial for your health, and at times it can feel tedious. Even though you have an allergy, no matter the severity, you still need to treat yourself to dessert just like everybody else. Dessert is an essential part of life. Perhaps the most delicious part of life.

If you believe you may have a food sensitivity, take this quiz to find out more.

Allergies and Ingredients

Unfortunately, some of the most common food allergies are also a few of the most common dessert ingredients. Milk/dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat all top the list. Often found in cakes, cookies, pies, and more, it may seem hard to find a dessert that respects your allergy boundaries.

That’s why we’ve compiled a list of recipes that avoid the most common allergens, because here at GR8NESS we believe that no person should ever have to go without dessert.
