To become more self-care conscious, we have to start looking at ourselves in the mirror and work on our self-image. Even those who feel relatively confident about their body, mind, and spirit, often drift away and engage in harmful activities and thoughts that can negatively impact their self-image.
The 21 Day Self Care Challenge
Today, I want to challenge you. A challenge to learn more about who you are, to learn to love yourself first, and to discover the fantastic person everyone else says you are.

The Journey to Better Self-Image Starts with YOU
The truth is, having a positive self-image involves a lot of work, repetition, and mindfulness – all things that are strictly related to having a self-care plan. For this GR8 challenge, the idea is to set aside a few minutes of your day to dedicate time to your body.
Beyond self-esteem and body acceptance, self-image is about loving our whole selves – that includes the good and the bad stuff. The idea of this challenge is to focus on celebrating the good things, while also setting aside the time to consciously know what’s not working so you can start working on improving those areas as well.
I can’t wait to meet you again at the end of this challenge.
