Is it in your blood—the secret to your best diet? Or rather, your blood type? Naturopathic physician Peter D’Adamo believes so, according to Harvard Health Publishing. After much investigation, Peter pioneered the concept and developed strategies detailed in his book Eat Right 4 Your Type. If he’s right, eating for your blood type is the way to go.

Here are his proposed guidelines for eating for your blood type.
