With so many chemicals on the shelves, sometimes, we want natural options. Especially when it comes to treating wounds or things that need extra care, harsh chemicals, and synthetic solutions can hurt more than they help.

Why Go Natural?

Though most chemically engineered antiseptics contain and are derived from natural or organic compounds, they can still be harmful, mainly when used in high volume.

Natural antiseptics are gentle on the skin. And most of the time, you’ve already got one of them hanging around the house. What could be better than natural, close, and cost-effective? Well, maybe not needing an antiseptic in the first place, but that’s just how life goes.

If you’re looking for natural remedies for cleaning up bug bites, soothe irritation, or help clean up a cut. Look no further than your cupboards for these common household antiseptics.
