Running

Running is perhaps the cheapest workout you’ll ever do. All you need is a pair of running shoes, our workout playlist blasting in your headphones, and the wide road ahead of you. Well, and a bit of will power to get out of your house and actually start running. But, just as you have “going to the gym” in your schedule, set up a time to go running every day. You can always drive a bit farther to a park or the beach if you live by the coast and have a change of scenery to keep things interesting.
