Chicken with Feta Cheese and Veggies
You will need:
Chicken breast (sliced)
A few pieces of feta cheese
1-2 tomatoes
Lettuce
Onion
Green or black olives

Optional: Chili, curry, onion, garlic, any other favorite
Cut your chicken into thin slices or strips. Season with salt, pepper, chili, onion, garlic powder, curry or other seasonings of your choice. Put some olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add a few slices of onion and fry for a few minutes. Add the chicken and fry it until it’s nice and crispy. The onion will give the chicken extra flavor and sweetness. Chicken needs to be cooked minimum from 12-15 minutes, (depending on the size of the pieces), to be completely safe to eat. Slice and salt the tomatoes and lettuce, add some olives and feta cheese. Voila! Your meal is ready.
Smoked Salmon with Avocado
You will need:
A package of smoked salmon
1 big or two medium-sized avocados
A tomato
Salt and pepper
Optional: Lemon juice
Prepare your plate with slices of smoked salmon. Peel and split the avocados in half, and season them with salt and pepper (sprinkle with some lemon juice and sprinkle the salmon too). Slice the tomato adding salt and pepper. Your beautiful colorful and healthy plate is ready to eat. If you have any keto bread or keto English muffins available, you can toast them and add some butter. A combination of warm keto bread, butter and salmon is delicious.
Keto-friendly Deviled Eggs
You will need:
3-8 eggs (depending on how many people you serve)
Chili sauce
A few spoons of mayo
Cooked and peeled shrimp or small slices of smoked salmon
Optional: Herbs of your choice
Place the needed amount of eggs in water and bring it to a boil. The eggs need to boil for 10 minutes to be hardboiled. When the eggs are cooked, you can slowly pour cold water into the pot, cooling them off. Peel the eggs split them in half and remove the yolks to a separate container. Keep the hollowed-out egg whites on a clean plate. Mix the egg yolks with some chili sauce, optional herbs, and a few spoons of mayo. Mash them together with a masher or a fork. Fill the hollowed-out egg whites with the mixture and top it off with a shrimp or a slice of salmon.
Mushroom Omelet
You will need:
2-4 eggs (for 1 or 2 people)
A few slices of onion
4-8 mushrooms
2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar, mozzarella (or cheese of your choice)
A small chunk of butter for frying
Salt and pepper
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk them until smooth. Use a non-stick pan and melt a chunk of butter. When the butter is hot, add the eggs. When the omelet gets firmer but still has some liquid egg on top, sprinkle the cheese, thinly sliced mushrooms and some onion (optional). Use a spatula to gently ease the edges and fold it in half. When the omelet is a golden color, it’s ready to serve.
