You have no idea how important your gut is. Our gut is so critical to our health that about 70 percent of our immune system is housed in it, hence why it’s so important to make sure our gut is in tip-top shape. But, what do we really know about our gut beside the fact that it houses our digestive system?

It turns out your gut communicates with you in its own ways. For instance, when your poop is not on schedule, that’s your gut telling you it’s time for a quick check-up. Researchers left and right are trying to understand what gut health really means to all of us and how we can make sure we don’t do anything that disrupts its perfect balance.
