Sometimes life gets so busy, getting busy goes right over our heads. Whether you’re experiencing a dry spell within a relationship or while single, it can be frustrating to be well, frustrated. Are you looking to have more sex, like, this month? Give these tips a go.

Have More Sex This Month

Having a low sex drive or a partner with one is only one reason sex can be put on the back burner. You might simply not be feeling it, or have an exhausting history with your sexual connection. Maybe you’re not very focused on its place in your life. Perhaps you do have sex, and you want it in higher frequency.

Whatever the cause, having more sex starts with planning to have more sex. If you’ve already set the intention, you’re already on your way. If you’re in a relationship, be honest with your partner about your desires. Don’t hold back. Here are some additional tips to being strategic with your sexual needs.

Think More About it (Mindfully)

Use the power of attraction to attract the sexual life and encounters you wish to have. Affirm yourself that you’re worthy of what you want. Meditate to manifest the events that will set changes in motion.

Take Chances

Go to new places, accept invites you’d normally turn down, and go on more dates. Get out of your head now, immerse your head where you want to be by being there!

Get Tactical

Be practically strategic by finding ways to get in touch with your sex appeal. Change up your look, get dressed up. Take care of your body, get your rush of endorphins by staying active, and support a healthy libido by eating a nutritionally sound diet. Tap into inspirations like sensual films, or reading the Kama Sutra. If timing is an issue, make an effort to schedule and plan encounters.

This is all, of course, much easier said than done. Who’s to say what can happen unless you try, am I right?
