Our joints allow you to run, walk, jump, play sports, and do the other things you like to do.  Yet we often take our joints for granted, until something happens and, suddenly, they don’t work as well as they used to. The joints take a lot of wear and tear over time, and keeping them healthy now will not only keep you going but future-proof them and keep joint pain at bay.

Physical activity, a balanced diet, avoiding injuries, and getting plenty of sleep will help you stay healthy and strong. If you are hitting the gym or your local running trail to keep your muscles healthy, don’t forget to give your joints a little love.

Add some of these moves to your workout routine to help keep your joints healthy and keep you moving.
