It compromises more than 75 percent of our immune system, not to mention, it protects us from infections, promotes gastrointestinal function, and regulates our metabolism.

Think about it this way: a happy gut, happy body, and happy life. To care for our gut health we have to eat (and drink) a diet rich in fresh fruit and veggies that feed the good bacteria found in our gut, the one that helps us thrive and promotes better digestion.
