Ask any specialist out there, and they’ll agree – health starts in our gut. The human gut contains 10 times more bacteria than all the human cells in the body. It compromises more than 75 percent of our immune system, not to mention, it protects us from infections, promotes gastrointestinal function, and regulates our metabolism.

Think about it this way: a happy gut, happy body, and happy life. To care for our gut health we have to eat (and drink) a diet rich in fresh fruit and veggies that feed the good bacteria found in our gut, the one that helps us thrive and promotes better digestion.

While sometimes it’s easy to miss a salad due to time, these juice recipes will make it easy, delicious, and portable so you can make sure your digestion stays as sharp as your mind.
