Here at GR8NESS, we also take a look at our personal environment and how we can make changes there that can help the environment at large. We are indeed all connected to our planet and play a role in how healthy it is.

Your home, your environment is where you find comfort, love, and support to face the world. That’s why we think the personal environment is so important. We’ll explore ways to set up a judgment-free wellness space for you and your family, how to declutter, and cleaning routines that won’t harm the planet.

We’ll give you small changes you can make every day that add up to significant changes over time. Because while we know that self-care is essential to our wellbeing, we also know that caring for the environment is vital to our self-care.

The Broader Environment

We also know information about the environment, and our effect on it can be overwhelming and confusing. We all know something is going on, but what can we do about it? We’ll bring you science-backed information without judgment so you can make informed choices. We look at the ins and outs of recycling and why it is so difficult, the effect of plastic in our oceans and what we can do about it, and ways you may be harming the environment without realizing it.

We’ll also cover ways you can reuse everyday plastic items, things you didn’t know had plastic in them, and household items that have biodegradable versions that are better for the environment. Through all this, we want to hear your thoughts on the environment, what changes you’d like to see, and how well you think you are doing.

No matter what topics we discuss at GR8NESS, we’ll only share non-biased, fact-based information about the environment. Sometimes we include some science, but we make it digestible. What you choose to do with this information is up to you.
