Relationships

The need for human connection is unavoidable. But, the ability to foster healthy relationships is learned. It takes nurturing, caring, and communication to build strong relationships. Consider us your resource to find love advice, guidance on dealing with toxic relationships, and more.

We know that relationships can take many forms, but the most important one to nurture is the one we have with ourselves. When we focus on self-care first, it becomes natural to care for others, and we ensure our self doesn’t stay neglected at the expense of others’ needs.

Fostering Healthy Relationships

The first relationship we all must work on is the one we have with ourselves. When we don’t have a positive self-image, we engage in negative self-talk, diminishing our worth and possibly engaging in toxic behavior. Prioritizing self-care is our one tool for building self-love and making sure we have the foundations to find healthy relationships around us.

Every relationship is different; there’s no doubt about it. But, relationships that value fairness, emotional support, affection, and honesty are the ones that survive even the most adverse situations. Good relationships work together and understand that it takes two to tango.

Long-term relationships need healthy habits that focus on trust, companionship, appreciation, and mutual respect. A healthy relationship, whether intimate or not, understands the value of having healthy boundaries.

Finding GR8 Love

Beyond romantic relationships, finding love is all about having a support system that encourages us to become a higher version of ourselves. Not because there’s something wrong with us or because we need to change, but because we love ourselves so much, we owe it to ourselves. Finding GR8 love is about weaving through the crowds and spotting those individuals in our lives that make a difference.

At GR8NESS, we want to offer you a safe space in which to wander through the ins and outs of relationships. No biases, no hidden messages, no sides. We’re here merely as a transparent resource, offering love advice, relationship tips, guidance on how to nurture healthy relationships, and a reminder to never stop building upon the relationship you have with yourself.

No matter where you are in the relationship world, we’re here to walk alongside you. To offer comfort when you’re down and to celebrate when you’re up. From your family, friends, and romantic relationships, consider this safe space your guide to building GR8ER and healthier relationships that you will cherish forever.
