We share brain exercises to help reduce anxiety, fight addiction cravings, improve your happiness, build healthy routines and unlearn toxic behaviors, and so much more.

The Science behind Brain Training

We are here to present you with the facts. There are many myths out there surrounding brain exercises, their ability to prevent or cure diseases, and more. We take this into consideration when presenting you with ideas and information. Our goal is to explore all sides of an issue, and present you with research that may support or disprove any claims, no matter how widely believed they may be.

Interactive Content

While we serve as a source of information regarding brain training, we aim to be so much more than a platform to read. We encourage you to get involved, as we value your feedback and want to know what matters most to you.

Complete our polls and quizzes to let us know what you’re thinking, what brain exercises you are looking to find, and to learn a little more about yourself and how your mind works. You may be surprised at what you find.

Follow along as we post videos, and participate in our guides that provide 30 days of brain training activities. Bring the information we provide you into real life. See whether or not it benefits you, if you notice an improvement in what ever cognitive function you are looking to improve, and keep trying new things.

Learning new skills is a huge part of brain training. It keeps us sharp, it challenges our minds, and leads to a sense of empowerment, accomplishment, and general GR8NESS. That is the ultimate goal, after all.

The Importance of Your Brain

Your brain controls so much more than your thoughts and feelings. Your brain is constantly collecting and reacting to stimuli, to form memories, make decisions, and help you develop rationale. But its function reaches well beyond the mental aspects.

Your brain, and the chemicals it produces, affects your physical health too. When you can train your brain to act in certain ways, you may be able to improve things such as your sleep patterns, your level of energy, and so much more.

Brain Types

Additionally, not every person’s brain is the same. In fact, there are five different types of brains. We encourage you to dive into our articles to find out which one applies to you. Your brain type influences your behavior, how you react to life events, and how you interact with others. It also impacts how you process information.

The five brain types include the balanced brain, the spontaneous brain, the persistent brain, the sensitive brain, and the cautious brain. No one type is better than the other, but learning how your brain works can help you determine the best brain training techniques to employ. It helps you get to know who you are at a deeper level, and empowers you to capitalize on your strengths.

Support Your Brain

When you start the journey to GR8 brain training, you are taking steps to support your brain for years to come. In addition to providing brain exercises, we explore supplements that may help your brain health, as well as foods, activities, and lifestyle choices that can harm that health.

Our goal is to enable you to make healthy choices and improve your life. To feel better, think better, and value yourself and your unique brain.
