Gut health is the new coconut oil, am I right? Might I be so bold to say that gut health is on a whole other level because guess what? Coconut oil itself, yes, queen coco, and its relation to gut health are only one small corner of the vast wonder that is caring for your gut to care for yourself.

Except, it’s no wonder at all. We know that aside from impacting our digestion and everything related to fueling our bodies, gut health has a say in our mental health, skin health, and ripples endlessly and unpredictably into the human experience.

While there has been a major surge in gut research and education over the past twenty years, there is still much to know. As this holds true, and for reasons of holistic objectives alone, it’s a GR8 time to look into natural remedies for gut health.
