Time is ticking away, and before you know it another day, month and year have passed. But nothing seems to have changed. You just became busier and more stressed by the minute. You tried to plan things ahead of you, but nothing is going according to your plan. It feels like it’s a waste of energy. A waste of your time to try to fix things when life always gets in the way. You are always moving but feel like you’re going nowhere. And you ask yourself, when will this ever end?
Stress is a common word nowadays. So common that it has triggered the regeneration of certain diseases that can be fatal in the long run. How do you combat stress when there seems to be an endless stream of it around you?
To Resolve All Your Stressful Worries, Label Them
Don’t shy away from what causes you stress. Do you think denying their existence will take your problems away? Unfortunately, it doesn’t. They will only resurface at the most inconvenient time. Soon, you will still have to deal with it anyway. Why not deal with them now?
You See Problems as Problems and Don’t See Any Good from It
Positive people have issues; they also have negative thoughts, but they don’t let them grow. Instead, they destroy these negative thoughts with positive mantras. Having a different mindset on negative thoughts is your first step towards freedom. As Les Brown, a famous motivational speaker, once said, during tough times, don’t feel sorry about yourself. Instead, tell yourself that you are having a character-building day.
Gratitude Attitude
Transitioning from a negative attitude to a positive attitude is challenging for certain people who have always been accustomed to it. One step closer to positivity is to practice gratefulness every day. Daily, write at least three things that you are grateful for and do this for at least 21 days. Soon enough, you will find a shift in perspective as having an attitude of gratitude helps you to find happiness in the smallest things. It helps you to open your heart and mind to good things that will come your way.

Positive Mantra
To sustain the positivity instilled in you, feed yourself with positive thoughts every day. Find things that make you happy. If this means singing your heart out, dancing, or merely watching an entertaining video, then so be it. Surround yourself with reinforcements from positive people.
Find mentors. Help someone else. Look for ways on how you can serve the greater good. Doing something positive every day while having that state of gratitude will help you steer clear of harnessing negative thoughts and emotions. These are things that result in stress reduction to a life well-lived. Open that bottle of your worries and address them. You are stronger than you think.
