Yoga has grown hugely popular in the last few years, so much so that it seems like everyone is doing yoga. Many fitness trends come and go, but yoga has endured in various forms thousands of years, and it is only becoming more popular. There are many reasons why yoga’s popularity continues to rise, not the least of which because it creates a feeling of well-being in your body like nothing else.
