We’re going mad for self-care this month! We’re on a quest to find the GR8EST self-care act of them all. With your votes, day after day, you’ll root for your favorite team to make sure they make it to the finish line. Ready to play our Self-Care March Madness Tournament? Here’s how the Self-Care Madness Tournament works:

  • For the next two weeks, you’ll receive a daily email pairing two different self-care activities. Read what they have to offer and vote on the one you believe should be part of the ultimate self-care routine.
  • Check-in the next day to see who made it through to the next bracket. Take a look at the new match and vote to keep pushing your teams to the finish line.
  • In the end, the winning team will receive a fantastic surprise, so stay tuned for the final match.
