What feeds your soul? Only you know the answer to that. At GR8NESS, we don’t know the definition of soul, but we do know when something feels right. It’s both personal and universal. We believe that looking after yourself should be a top priority. Our bodies are messengers, and when they speak to us in the form of physical and emotional symptoms, it is clear that we may have been neglecting our need for self-love and self-care.
At GR8NESS, we know it’s so easy to put our self-care on hold, especially when our lives get busy or feel hard. We’re here to support you in implementing self care for your soul.
Understanding your existence in the spiritual sense is often an overlooked component of self care. We’re not here to judge you on what you call it or how you honor it. We’re here to help you on your path to spiritual growth.
Self-care for the soul is any practice that helps us connect to our higher self. It can be meditation, affirmations, or just breathing. Your higher self is who you truly are. An important part of self care is to try to become your best self, so caring for that inner part of yourself will help you operate from a place that is aligned with your deepest desires.
At GR8NESS, we know this journey will look different for everyone. When you begin to practice consistent self-care for your soul, you can expect to create practices that will fuel both your body and your spiritual growth. We take a look at how affirmations work, and how to choose the right affirmation for you. We’ll also help you share affirmations with your kids – it’s never too soon to help them build a strong sense of self. We’ll also help you bring your affirmations to life and use them to motivate yourself and others.
