Strength Training for Everyone Who Hates Weights

Have the itch to get moving? Moving, but far—far away from the weight room? We hear you. Strength training doesn’t have to equal weight training. Well, with actual weights anyway. All physical activity employs the use of weight in one way or another to condition the body. This is possible through resistance bands, swimming, and a ton of other options that are our pleasure to present to you.

Not to mention the GR8EST weights of all, your body.

If you’d like to give weights a try but want to ease into an introduction, most or all of the following can be modified with lightweight. These options are all highly effective on their own for toning and strengthening your whole physique, no weights required.
