If you haven’t heard of Neurotherapy—welcome to the prospect of training your brain out of the systems and patterns that contribute and lead to challenges like anxiety, depression, clouded things, and fatigue. Interested in knowing if Neurotherapy could be for you? Take our quiz to gain a perspective.

What’s Neurotherapy?

Wondering how effective this method is in treating conditions? Percentages vary from center to center, but in many cases, success rates are high, some topping off at a 95% success rate. It’s not a magic therapy, though. It does require effort on the part of the patient to remain consistent and open. As research continues to grow, it has been credited to being just as effective as drug therapies.

Biofeedback and Neurofeedback

The practice consists of biofeedback, which allows an individual to observe and control their physiological activity with the intent of improving it. This can be useful to those who struggle with chronic pain, hypertension, and more.

A type of biofeedback, neurofeedback, is used to treat neurological conditions such as ADHD, stress, anxiety, sleep disorder, migraines, and many other conditions related to the brain.

Neurofeedback operates like a reward system that retrains the brain subconsciously. It’s a produced balancing of brainwaves. Approaches will vary based on the condition that is desired to be treated.

The best part? Nothing enters the body. There are little to no side effects as it is a training of the brain and often utilizes what feels like games.
