Before you determine your rations, find a way to calculate some basic information that will help to orient how you should portion relative to your body. Determine what your approximate recommended caloric intake is by calculating it on an app like my MyFitnessPal or MyPlatePlan, or IIFYM to take it a step further and calculate your macros.
