Motivation can be a funny thing. At times,  you never really know what will strike that chord within yourself that energizes you to make something happen until that magical moment occurs.

Something seems to click, and suddenly you realize you’ve found something that works for you—a sort of style. Finding your groove with fitness can take time, trial, and error. You have to be up to the challenge. Have you ever wondered what kind of fitness motivation style you are?

Your Fitness Motivation Style

Learning your motivation style can be beneficial for planning for success. Some people source their motivation from simply following Instagram accounts that they can identify with or aspire to emulate, others enjoy mediums like podcasts.

These motivations can fuel the overall desire and interest of fitness, but what drives one to be motivated to do the work is a fundamental quality belonging to each individual.

Whatever it is that motivates you, own your style! Don’t ever feel convinced that just because something works for someone else that it should work for you or vice versa. The source of your motivation is what will move you when you’re not sure of yourself, feeling tired, or unable. Stay motivated and consistent by narrowing down the ways you’re triggered to deliver and go for it.
